On December 5, 2025, Living Stones Church in Sacramento hosted a warm and long-awaited Christmas gathering for the women of the church. The hall was filled with a special atmosphere of love, unity, and the joyful anticipation of the birth of Christ.
The festive décor created a true sense of coziness: evergreen wreaths, candles, and carefully arranged decorations made the evening feel truly special. The sisters put great care into every detail to create an atmosphere of warmth, love, and celebration.
The speaker of the evening was our dear associate pastor, Alexander Kaltakchi. He dedicated the entire night to one of the most important and practical topics in the Christian life—the power of our words and our tongue. Under the motto “If you speak about someone, speak as if you were saying it to their face,” Pastor Alexander thoughtfully and lovingly unpacked the biblical principles of communication.
Here are some key points that touched the hearts of many:
- Do not discuss your spouse with others—this is a sacred space that must be protected.
- When you speak negatively about someone, you primarily expose yourself.
- Do not spread or receive gossip—even if it seems “true.” Negative talk harms both the one who speaks and the one who listens.
- Let every word you speak about another person come from love.
These simple yet profound truths were used by the Holy Spirit to touch hearts, bring healing, and inspire a desire for personal change.
We are grateful to the Lord for the opportunity to hold such evenings and enjoy fellowship that strengthens and uplifts the soul.
